I have identified a proven source of water and will be applying to the Arizona Water Infrastructure Authority for seed money.
The Sonoran Water Group, LLC will apply for a portion of the $1 Billion approved by the Arizona Legislature for what the Governor described as Water Augmentation [1].

In furtherance of this objective, the Sonoran Water Group, LLC is requesting investment(s) from a qualified investor:

1.     On or before December 1, 2022, an investment in Sonoran of $25,000 in exchange in return for a five percent ownership of Sonoran Water Group, LLC.

2.     Then on or before January 1, 2023, an additional $25,000 investment in exchange for an additional five percent ownership in the Sonoran Water Group, LLC.

3.     Then if Sonoran is the recipient of a State of Arizona or Federal Grant for additional water studies in an amount equal to $25,000 or more an additional five percent ownership in the Sonoran Water Group, LLC. will be provided to the investor.

4.     Then if Sonoran is the recipient of a State of Arizona or Federal Contract for additional water studies in an amount equal to $100,000, the investor will be offered a refund of the investor's initial investment of $25,000 and the investor will retain the initial five Percent ownership received for the initial $25,000 investment.

On the execution of a Development Agreement between the State of Arizona or any political structure supported by the State of Arizona and the Sonoran Water Group, LLC the investor will be awarded an additional five percent ownership of the Sonoran Water Group, LLC.

The Sonoran Water Group, LLC is announcing at this time that Sonoran has identified an additional Source of Groundwater that if acceptable to the State of Arizona would serve as an alternate source of feed water for the desalination Plant. If this source of groundwater is acceptable, the reject water would not be sent to evaporative ponds; but rather would be injected into a geological structure for disposal.

Should this alternative be acceptable to the State or any political subdivision thereof, the investor would be encouraged to transfer his/her ownership interest in the Sonoran Water Group, LLC to that new alternative.
