I am very well located in the center of this small town next to a popular and well attended Café (Sauge Café) and I know with my business plan that I can refund my loan quickly and make profit while benefitting a lot of people in a positive way in my local community, doing what I love : Art, Sculpting and Ceramics Pieces and offering weekly courses .
