Company Overview
Solstreet designs, develops and builds solar-powered, sustainable street furniture that displays static and digital out of home (OOH) advertising space. Solstreet furniture is not attached to the electrical grid and competes with similar grid attached entities. We are seeking $3 million to expand our network nationally. Solstreet's product line includes our current installed benches with USB charging stations. New products in our development pipeline are solar kiosks, desks, and bus shelters. See it all at www.solstreet.net and in the deck attached. All of our products are positioned to take advantage of the trend toward a more green and sustainable future as our units do not attach to the electrical grid. Company revenue comes from sales of our street furniture as well as static and digital advertising. We have successful proof of concept through the positive reviews of installed benches in several northern New Jersey municipalities. We are recently approved by the SEC for investment and will soon be listed on Raise Green, a crowd funding site for environmentally sustainable companies. Solstreet's business model includes these revenue streams. The first is to sell our furniture to municipalities, private developers, transit authorities, educational institutions and more. This will allow us to make a small profit on each piece of street furniture. The second revenue stream is to sell static and digital advertisements on our street furniture. We share ad revenue with our customers and offer a discount if the ad revenue is guaranteed prior to stream. Finally, we are developing strategic business partnerships with complementary sustainable companies.
