Soleil is a vacation rental management company founded on the necessity of providing The Better Way To Stay. With a "Go Live" date of March 2021, we've grown from 0 properties to 80+ in months in two regions and over $2.6MM in revenue in 2022 alone.

The vacation rental industry is incredibly fast-moving and Soleil is no stranger to that pace. In 15 months, we've grown the company from one employee/founder to 4 full-time employees and from 0 properties under management to over 80.

We've consistently delivered high revenue returns to our property owners, maintained the highest level of service and standards, and provided thousands of guests with the opportunity to make lasting memories in our managed properties. Utilizing technology and automation, we've streamlined many issues other companies face.

All of this comes at a high cost, however. The day-to-day operations and tech stack to keep the business running has grown exponentially from Day 1 and as such, so have the operational costs.

Soleil currently operates in two distinct regions, both in Florida: the Florida Panhandle and the Space Coast. We are seeking continued expansion into South Florida and Central West Florida, such as a Tampa/St. Pete area. 

In the Panhandle market, there are over 40,000 vacation rentals currently listed. The Panhandle is truly Vacation Rental Mecca where the potential is limitless and we've seen great success leveraging realtor referrals and word-of-mouth to feed our growth. With virtually no outbound marketing, we've seen a steady growth rate since Day 1. 

Launched in August 2022, Soleil expanded into the Space Coast of Florida, including the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Melbourne areas. 

In 15 months and with virtually no outbound marketing, Soleil has grown from 0 properties under management to over 80. We've added two full-time business development reps and a full-time property manager.

Our reputation of truly being The Better Way has gotten out and we rely heavily on realtor referrals and word-of-mouth referrals. In the 15 months of operation, we've developed new processes and ironed out many kinks so that the business does run smoothly with very few hiccups. We also maintain an incredibly high property owner retention rate in an industry where many property owners switch management companies every year. 

We have also just hired a licensed real estate broker as a BDR with the potential to expand into that facet. 

Our growth goals for 2022 have been to hit 150 properties under management by EOY. For 2023, we expect a 100% increase in 2022. 

With this growth comes the challenge of hiring more property managers and business development representatives. Soleil is in a unique position in the sense that we have people in the industry throughout Florida that are actively seeking us out to work for us and are literally waiting in line for a position.

We do not experience the staffing troubles that plague many businesses and industries during this era. Our reputation and our industry connections have afforded us a great position to be able to fill any open position quickly.

Michael Carpenter | Operations Manager | NW Florida - Michael is fairly new in the industry, but rises to meet every challenge he faces! Whether it's something simple like handling a guest request or walking a new property owner through our services, Michael continuously leads by example on why Soleil is The Better Way To Stay!

Stephen Johnson | Director of Central Florida - A licensed real estate broker in two states with a proven sales background, Stephen brings over 15 years of experience to the table. He leads our newest market, Central Florida.
