I am a number one bakery in New England as published by Yankee magazine! We win best bakery every year for past 10 years, we have been in business 12 years this June. We are looking for funding for a resort in Costa Rica. Which will entail a b&b, resort, and venue for events. We are trying to do this without selling the business which has been appraised at 500,000.
