THE COMPANY

Solarlectric Inc., an Ohio Corporation, is after 15 years poised through its proprietary, patent pending technology to expand and focus on the construction and  implementation of solar/hydrogen power generation stations. Throughout the company's history Solarlectric has completed multiple residential and commercial solar and low voltage projects, along with the more conventional electrical needs of our diverse customer base. Our customers includes Convergent a global based security systems integrator, the US government, The City of Covington, Enson Markets, Showcase Builders, various hospitals across the country and Mobil Conversions. In May of 2026 Solarlectric broke ground on its first 4mw power station. On the more conventional side we are currently installing five mobile bone density units for Mobil Conversions along with various other projects.

OUR TEAM

The driving force and visionary behind Solarlectric Inc., is it's founder, owner, and President Robert Coates.  His decades of experience, insight and problem solving abilities have brought the company to this exciting moment in it's history. His certifications in solar power and medical applications and innovation has positioned Solarlectric to become a significant force in the electrical production industry.  Mr. Coates hands on involvement with every project Solarlectric undertakes is the over riding factor that ensures the success of every Solarlectric endeavor.

Perry Smith is the Chief Executive Officer for Solarlectric LV & Robotics LLC. A lifelong associate of Mr. Coates, Perry Smith has been working with Mr. Coates in the solar and low voltage industry since 2007 culminating in the forming of Solarlectric LV & Robotics LLC., in 2025.  Mr. Smith personally oversees all LV (low voltage) projects. Mr. Smith holds current certifications in commercial fire detection as well as camera and other low voltage security applications. Solarlectric LV & Robotics LLC continues to thrive through contracts with various companies and the US Government. Mr. Coates is a majority owner in the LLC. Solarlectric LV & Robotics will be responsible for completing the design, manufacturing, and implementation or certain contracts in the preliminary  stages and its ongoing project obligations.

Joseph Utasi, is Solarlectric's lead engineering consultant. Mr. Utasi is a member of NABCEP, North American Board of Certified Energy Practioners. He is also a member of the American Solar Energy Society and certified in photovoltaic system. Mr. Utasi continues to consult in many solar energy projects both residential and commercial. His 20 year professional relationship with Mr. Coates have led to many successful collaborations. As Solarlectric continues to grow Mr. Utasi will be a key voice in both our projects and selecting additional engineers.

Bobbie J. Smith, the newest member of our team brings over 30 years of real world financial accounting experience to the company. Her 26 years with US Bank alone has provided the necessary polish to our accounting structure needed to prepare us for our long term objectives. Although we had been using an outside accounting firm for the last 4 years, we decided to bring the  day to day operations in house to maintain the utmost scrutiny. The company's quarterly financial statements and tax preparations will be handled through Eide Bailly LLP.  Eide Bailly has proven to be a critical component in the tax credit application and approval process for the company.

Stuart Hatfield serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hatfield brings over two decades of financial services industry experience to Solarlectric. Mr. Hatfield holds multiple insurance and financial licenses. Mr. Hatfield's experience in both the financial and insurance industry has proven extremely beneficial to the company, its growth, and future planning. By having participated in dozens of successful fund raising efforts and IPOs for various companies his knowledge and experience has aided in the company's growth significantly without undue financial burden. In addition to arranging our initial funding Mr. Hatfield has fostered relationships within local, state and federal governments, accounting and tax credit services, as well as various investor groups.  As Solarlectric continues to build these relationship they will be a critical part of the company's growth well into the future.

THE GOALS OF SOLARLECTRIC INC.

Analysts have projected the U.S. electricity demand will increase by 35% to 50% by the year 2040. The question becomes and remains where and how will this demand be fulfilled?
 Our goal is to bring viable tangible solutions to this ever the growing, world wide, demand for energy.   The Solarlectric micro-grid technology and system can satisfy scalable needs to municipalities,  companies and the ever expanding computer server farms. All of which can be accomplished without taxing an already over burdened electrical infrastructure. Our broader goal and the fundamental basis of our drive to succeed is to make a positive difference for all.
