I am part owner of a development of 5 duplex's, (The Edge at Randolph)  that are rented out by the room for short term, military on TDY.   Our normal tenants are Pilots in Training, or temporary PCS while awaiting other lodging.  The units are completely furnished, and at the moment, are 80% occupied. We are getting new tenants almost weekly but are finding the need for large one bedroom units to accommodate 1 P.I.T. rather than the roommate situation.   We have the property to build on, but need funding for construction.   We are located 2 1/2 blocks from the front gate of Randolph Air Force Base, and we have room to grow.  Any Investor with military background would appreciate what we are doing here.  We are SAM.Gov certified, UEI # D9Z7X6W1B9Q7, and CAGE Code 21BW5.  We are working toward a GSA Contract.  Google us, and see what we have so far at www.edgeatrandolph.com.
