Solar One is a rapidly growing commercial solar development firm seeking up to a $5MM line of credit.
We currently have 19 large scale commercial solar projects with Class A credit clients.
Contracts are structured to where Solar One bears the cost for the equipment and labor through the construction phase and the clients are obligated to take us out within 10 business days of the assets becoming operational.
The majority of our projects take 12-16 weeks from the time we transact on the equipment to us getting paid from the client.
$8.2MM in 2021 w/ over $7MM in AR's and long-term receivables
We closed $22MM in contracts in Q1 of 2022 and things are not slowing down.
As President, I have 20yrs in the deregulated energy market with 11 of those being in commercial and industrial solar.
My partner Aaron Wilson (CEO) has 15yrs in commercial and utility scale solar (structuring, financing, and building). Our third partner, David Wilson (In-house counsel) has owned a law firm for over 30yrs and has been involved in solar for 15yrs.
