Raising 50k to launch tiki bar

Hello, I'm Kristen Beard, co-owner of Squacho's Nachos. We're a popular food truck wanting to expand into a bar & food truck combo. We've built up a following over the last two years with specialty nachos, quesadillas, hamburgers, and stuffed pretzels. We make a special house chili and our own sauces.

We plan to launch an Oregon themed Tiki Bar - tiki with a little voodoo, a bit Goonies themed, and loads fun. Having a food truck enables the bar to focus on drinks and have much lower start up costs.  The bar will be a tropical escape with big, beautiful drinks. I'm looking at a building with two large, connected rooms. One will house the actual bar and seating, while the other side will have all seating. This allows the bar side to be a bit "creepy tiki" while the other room will be the lighter, prettier tiki. It'll also be an event room with games, possibly painting during the day, and DnD or 40k in areas. The potential location is set in one of the oldest (and quirkiest) neighborhoods in our city. There's unique businesses and events all through the week to draw foot traffic. Eugene, Or, has a strong night life, both from University of Oregon and the typical residents.  There's one tiki themed bar in our neighboring city, Springfield. There's a bar about 10 miles away with a small tiki area but it's not a full blown tiki bar. People are constantly looking for new and fun places to go, and we plan to have not just a bar, but somewhere people can gather and hang out. Our lease will include a large back lot starting in the spring, where we can expand with more seating and activities.

I'm interested in funding to help with additional plumbing, installing the bar, permits, and  decoration. Thanks so much for your time!
