SnakeSnap

 Snake Snap is a mobile photo identification app of all the snakes in the world.  We launched June 2019 and have over 125,000 downloads with snake identification submissions from all 50 states, more than 12,000 different cities and over 180 different countries.  We are providing a service worldwide that didn't exist and the demand is very high.  The way we are giving our responses (simple but informative) and the personal interaction we have for questions they have, has been overwhelmingly embraced.  Our brand is established along with credibility and all of our growth has been done organically.  I haven't had the funds to even market as I've spent everything I had on development and keeping the app going.  We need updates to the app to add content, create our income model and start to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI). It's not as easy as AI is on a stationary object.  I have an expert team and partners in Australia, South Africa, and India that assist in identification of snakes in their area.  People love our service, are willing to pay, and there is no current competition for what we do and how we do it and the market for our service is the entire planet. 

 I was a financial advisor for 15 years in the Villages FL for the largest retail advisor team inside of a top 10 bank in the US.  Prior to that I received my BA and Masters in International Finance from the University of Florida.  Spent a semester in Holland, a semester in Sweden then back to Gainesville for a semester there and  to complete my thesis on Corporate Governance.  After that I moved to New York City to begin my career in the Finance and Investment world.  It was 2002 when I moved there so after 9/11 the job market was very tough and ultimately moved back to Florida where I started my advisor career.  Because of my background and worldly viewpoint  The market for this is the entire planet, and snakes are on almost every part of the earth except for Ireland, Greenland and Antarctica.  Also, snakes are the most feared creature but also one of the most important for our ecosystem.  Snakes are the world's best pest control and  without them we would be overrun by rodents.   Venom in certain snakes is also being used and researched for cures of diseases (have already had success in Breast Cancer), pain management and most recently a super glue substance was created using venom to stop bleeding in wounds.  It is ten times stronger than what is used today in surgeries.  Add to the fact that over 90 plus percent of the entire world population is uneducated , fearful or both and there was not an App out that provided this service I decided to leave my firm and go all in on Snake Snap.    

The herpetology community needs a company like Snake Snap as we are educating the world on reptiles, other creatures and conservation in a simple yet effective way.  Snakes were actually  my biggest fear prior to starting this so for me to be able to educate my children I started to research snakes.  Learned very quickly how to identify, what they eat and where they hide.  I learned in a very simplistic way then my fear went away.  I wanted to share my experience with the world.  The impact we are having with our users has been overwhelmingly positive.  We are saving snakes and making people feel safe which has established our brand and credibility.   My plan is to generate a massive revenue generating company and to give back to the herpetology community to help fund projects around conservation and education.  As well as key analytics that involve pinpoint location of snake submissions we receive.  We get sightings in areas that scientists and field researchers do not and this information is very valuable for many reasons to Universities and Conservation organizations.  

I have a revenue generating business plan in place which once I can get the funding to upgrade both apps will start immediately.  We average 400 plus downloads and submissions a day on zero marketing.  With little marketing that number will double.  I estimate with full confidence will generate 20-30k a month immediately and within 18 months over 250k a month.  And this is just one revenue avenue out of ten.  I have a business plan created that I can send through email ASAP.  Thank you for your time.   Cheers!
