Smile Fusion Dental Labs is redefining dental prosthetics manufacturing through a fully digital, technology-first model. We know this because we own dental practices and build the dental lab to improve our margins and leap ahead of all other dental labs we had worked with. Founded in 2024 by a group of former Accenture partners, we are among the first labs to eliminate traditional analog workflows and replace them with a scalable, AI-driven production system.
Our process begins with digital scans from dentists, which are validated using proprietary, dentist-defined numerical parameters, like a bespoke sizing system tailored to each practice and patient base. Once validated, cases move through our AI-powered design platform, where prosthetics are automatically designed, quality-checked, and routed for dentist approval before production.
Manufacturing is executed through advanced milling and 3D printing systems, followed by final finishing performed by cost-efficient, locally sourced technicians trained through affiliated dental programs. This hybrid model—high automation with optimized human input—creates a capital-efficient, scalable operation that is uncommon in healthcare.
