We're a fintech company that allows customers to hedge their risk against flight disruptions. Customers select a protection tier (15, 30, 60 and 120 minute delay or cancellation) and amount they wish to stake and get a guaranteed pre-determined payout if a qualifying event occurs. We have a simulation app in the Google Play and Apple stores, and have engaged with a law firm to provide a legal opinion to allow this to operate as a sweepstakes while we seek CFTC licensure as a prediction market. Note, we started this before Kalshi introduced (and rescinded) their airport-wide cancellation prediction market.
