LP Hospitality Group (LPHG), the experienced and successful management team behind Lobster Place Seafood Hall and Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar, Chelsea Market’s most visited food destinations, is seeking financial partners to launch a new seafood restaurant concept called “Sixpenny Oyster Hall” in trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Sixpenny will combine an urban beer hall with a fresh take on the traditional oyster bar to create a differentiated entry in the growing “fine-casual” segment. Building on the success seen at similar fine casual destinations (e.g. Bar Taco, Hometown BBQ, Threes Brewing), Sixpenny will deliver a seafood focused menu of exceptional quality and variety plus an expansive list of
draft and bottled beer, wine, and cocktails, at a relatively competitive price point. Sixpenny is conceived to leverage management’s extensive experience in fine casual restaurant operations and the seafood supply chain to become a unique, profitable, multi-unit operation.

The Team: LPHG is comprised of dedicated executives with diverse and complimentary skills. Together they have grown Lobster Place, Inc. from a mom and pop fish market to a $50+M enterprise in both the seafood distribution and food service industries in New York City. Sixpenny Oyster Hall is the next step in their company's development - and will leverage their significant experience in the seafood supply chain and restaurant operations.
