My name is Craig Joseph. I have worked in Hospitality for the last 15 years in New York City, and specifically luxury hospitality for 8 years.
I run the Ty Bar and more broadly, the beverage program at the hotel. This passion was born out of my problem solving attitude. After seven years with Four Seasons, I have first hand knowledge of what guests are looking for and how hotels and restaurants can meet these needs without disappointing their guests. As a problem solver, I started Simply Crafted. This is a new business that brings crafted cocktails to the masses whether in your hotel room, at your favorite bar, at home, at a catered event, in flight or pool side.
