Silver Stag Tavern is an independent brewery and chef-driven tavern concept founded in Littleton, Colorado. We’re building a vibrant, community-rooted destination where exceptional beer, scratch-made food, and heartfelt hospitality intersect.

At its heart, Silver Stag celebrates Colorado craftsmanship – offering guests an elevated experience anchored by a self-pour taproom featuring our in-house brewed ales and lagers, paired with a restaurant-forward, beer-infused menu curated by Executive Chef Stephen Harden. The result is a modern rustic gathering place where craft beer and elevated tavern fare come together in a refined yet approachable environment.

Our flagship location is fully leased and under active development in a high-visibility southwest Denver metro corridor, near affluent neighborhoods, recreation hubs, and underserved suburban markets. Brewery equipment, permitting, and architectural planning are secured – positioning us to execute a fast-tracked buildout.

What differentiates Silver Stag is its hybrid model: pairing high-margin, low-labor self-service beer sales with a full-service kitchen that extends guest dwell time and significantly boosts check averages. Unlike a limited-menu taproom or a traditional restaurant, Silver Stag is designed to capture the best of both business models – elevated cuisine and immersive craft beer experiences delivered with operational discipline.
