SILOHS Restaurant is a Veteran Owned and Operated Restaurant in Canal Winchester, OH which appeals to the local market as well as all of Columbus, Ohio. We have been in business for just over 3 years and have seen it all with COVID and then the inflation of prices and more. The property that we have operated in has been sold and we are having to move quickly. With this being said, I am looking for a strategic partner that can help us take the step to relocate and not close permanently. At the moment, we are currently just temporarily closed. We have a found a location that would be a great fit which is for sale and/or possibly lease. Over the last 3 years our average gross sales have been around $600-625k per year and this was without any beer sales. I would like to add the beer sales to our business. During COVID, we took our model and started our drive through business and our grew our social media audience. Currently we have over 7100 facebook followers and around 75-80% of our sales were through our online ordering, drive thru and delivery services. We have the potential to grow this business to a multi million dollar business with the right location, add the beer, and increase online sales.
