Texas’s first alcoholic boba tea shop.

North Texas’s first alcoholic boba bar, Shot Tea (pronounced like shawty. Shot = alcohol, tea = boba tea) Alcohol to go became legal in May 2021 in Texas so alcoholic boba to go is a great idea! There's a large Asian demographic for boba and alcohol in north Texas. The bartender that made the drinks is Dallas' best of Big D magazine best bartender for years.

An alcoholic boba bar, half boba, half bar. But also alcohol-infused boba tea, or boba-infused alcoholic drinks. Great location. A chill boba shop vibe but also half cocktail bar.
Sales will come from our half bar, consumers can order shots/beer/cocktails
Consumers can also order boba flights, boba soaked in different flavours of liquor, to be consumed on premises
And also regular, non-alcoholic boba tea.

● Leased is signed
● We have the menu/design
● Contractors and architects ready
● Permits and certificate of occupancy ready
● Liquor license ready
● Just need to build out a small 1075 space

This is the foundation of many alcoholic boba franchises in the future. Boba shops are profitable, and bars are profitable, so why not combine the two? Very easy to market because it's never been thought of or done before so people will come out to try it easily.

Business Vision
The vision for Shot Tea boba and bar is one of a kind, new concept that will grow exponentially bigger in the future. Being Texas's first alcoholic boba shop opens a new door for boba enthusiasts. Shot Tea be a top 5 boba shop and it will also be a common household name and brand for boba. Adding alcohol to boba creates a new meaning to boba; consumers of Shot Tea's boba will see that not only can you take it to go, like traditional boba, they will be able to enjoy the boba comfortably in a lounge-like bar setting. Which means essentially, Shot Tea boba and bar will not only provide alcohol-infused boba tea drinks, we will also provide boba-infused cocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic/non-boba infused drinks upon request *within the best of our supplies and abilities.

Business Mission
Our mission is to provide comforting boba shop vibes with a unique alcoholic twist. Before anything else, we are a boba shop first, then a bar second. Therefore the mission is to reach out to local and out of town boba enthusiasts- to interest those to come out to try the boba and stay for the (alcoholic bar) vibes. Our other underlining mission is to be the stepping stone to other business owners to open an alcoholic boba shop in the future.

Shot Tea. Pronounced like shawty. Shot=Alcohol, Tea=Boba tea. How could you ask for anymore creativity? The owners and creators of Shot Tea have creative backgrounds in the beauty and management industry, as well as engineering. The drinks themselves have the expert knowledge of an award winning bartender and owner of Dallas bar, Jettison. We are young creative minds with experience but also have room to for error and to grow. There are 1000+ boba shops and 6600+ bars in Texas currently, but zero alcoholic-infused boba tea shops; we want to be the first of many. Shot Tea will provide cost effective, highly enthusiastic service and hospitality- profitable for us while still keeping prices reasonable for consumers.
Shot Tea Boba Bar is a licensed and ensured tea shop located in Dallas Texas. We are located in north Dallas, 5 minutes from Carrollton, 5 Minutes from Addison, and 5 minutes from Plano, Texas, right in the middle of two busy highways- Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike. Dallas currently has 1.2 million residents. Our shop is also located near the University of Texas at Dallas, which is the age demographic of our consumers. It has been strategically planned and most suitable place for opening an alcoholic boba tea shop, because it is in Dallas county- where a TABC liquor license is allowed and we have already attained one for the business.

The space itself is 1,075 square foot- perfect size for a boba tea shop, where most orders will be to go- but also a big enough space to have clients consume beverages on premise- therefore fit to be an alcoholic bar. The space faces a large retail parking lot, with other businesses around for heavy foot traffic. The space also has a large sign on the actual space, and a large sign facing the street.

In May of 2021, Texas’ Governor, Greg Abbott passed a law that allowed alcohol to go to be legal- therefore our alcoholic boba tea drinks are legal to be taken for off premise consumption. Only 20 states in the United States have allowed for alcohol to go to be legal. Thus, we are the first of our kind in Texas.
