We're a woman fronted business that employs local Tennesseans and recent legal immigrants. We saw a hole in the real estate realm in the greater Knoxville Area and wanted to fill it with our unique vision and full coverage services. From assistance with finding and buying your property, to designing and renovating it for sale or rent, to managing your short and long term rentals, and full circle back to selling your properties, we are there with our crew, resources, and expertise. Our owners, Heather Stoner and Kelly Dillahunt, bring a combined 21 years of experience in real estate, renovation, and property management. Heather is our broker and founder, and Kelly is our designer with a background in property management. Right now, our crew includes 8 full time employees, and once we open our physical brokerage office, we plan to grow our team with more agents, a full property management division, and additional renovation crew. It is our goal to manage 400 doors, employee a fleet of ten agents specializing in investment properties, and to help our clients flip 20+ properties per year, and to provide both high end and affordable housing to our community. We set ourselves apart with our keen eye for detail, our growing network of lenders and vendors, and our hands on experience in renovating investment properties.
