A Legacy of Faith, A Future of Hope

Dear Sir or Madam:

Celebrating 100 Years of Faith, Service, and Community Impact

This year marks a powerful milestone for Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church as we celebrate 100 years of service to the Gadsden County community. We give thanks to God for sustaining this historic, faith-filled church that continues to stand strong as a pillar of hope in a rural and underserved area.

Under the leadership of Elder Kevin Arnold and First Lady Sabrina Arnold, Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church remains deeply committed to both spiritual guidance and community support. Their vision is rooted in empowering and strengthening the people of Gadsden County—an area facing some of the highest rates of food insecurity and poverty.

Honoring a Legacy

The vision for expansion and renovation began with the late Elder Donald Jefferson and Mother Beverly Jefferson, whose dedication to growth and service continues to inspire the congregation today. While Elder Jefferson was unable to see the vision fulfilled, the mission lives on.

Why Expansion Is Needed

To meet the growing needs of the community, Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church is planning a major expansion and renovation project. This will allow the church to provide critical programs and services, including:

•          Food pantry and community resource distribution

•          GED and adult education programs

•          Children’s tutoring and mentoring initiatives

•          Youth development (ages 13–17)

•          College, trade, and military preparation programs

•          Health fairs and wellness services

•          Meals for families and individuals in need

•          Programs for seniors, young women, young men, and married couples

•          Basic computer and technology training

These programs are essential as communities face rising costs, limited resources, and increasing demand for support services.
