Today we operate a 9-home, 159-licensed-bed portfolio of assisted living and memory care communities across Illinois and Wisconsin, backed by institutional-grade appraisals, a seasoned leadership team (including a 35-year licensed nursing home administrator running operations), and a proven playbook: acquire residential-scale real estate, operate it to a higher standard, and refinance through HUD 232 to recycle capital into the next homes.

The shortage is coming either way. The only question is what kind of care fills it.
