Overview:
Brass Panther Music LLC. (BPM) will thrive in the music industry by representing superior emerging artists early being their shepherd to stardom. BPM will be offering a full service professional agency like collective without the corporate feeling and the unfair/lopsided contract chokeholds provided by our competitors. BPM has 4 expertises artists can choose from to suit their needs, choose one or go all in with full service we are happy to help. Offering artist management, music publishing /sync/licensing/admin services, both creative & music business consulting & ghost writing/producing while having on-call legal representation by Josh Biletzsky of Biletzsky Law Firm. Through the quality and purity of the music and talent they sign, the BPM family and our team will undoubtedly become a force to be reckoned with in all divisions. I know we’re onto something here as we already have over 1,000 tracks by 98 artists for 18 different countries committed to BPM Publishing. On the management I’ve signed 4 breathtaking young singer songwriters that have the potential, skill and look to become pop stars as well as the humbleness to dominate the indie scene. We also have a plan to expedite our revenue growth and market share by strategically teaming up with sup publishers in foreign territories. International royalties will be flowing as I've already activated a couple connections in India and the fuji pacific territory. Also  another revenue stream i've mapped out that will strengthen our brand and catalog is to allocate a set amount of funds each year to acquiring famous oldie but goodies songs that already have royalties built up they just need the right creatives tastefully and purposefully pitching them in the right channels again and that's us.
Focused on having our finger on the pulse of growth in: streaming platforms, live performance, publishing licensing/ syncs, and finally merch, as well as new technologies and whatever else comes into play as we grow. We have two app ideas that haven't been developed that have ground breaking potential. Remington Rafael & Mr. Ayers will have the pleasure of making sure their vision and passion of this company is carried out from the bottom to the top with a strong backbone, unbreakable respect, and a kickass attitude ready to work hard, represent fearlessly, and create ceaselly will ensure we leave a lasting footprint the music industry.

Team:
Remington Rafael Septien son of Linda Septien (Septien Entertainment) has been immersed in music since he was born. This shows as there isn’t an instrument he can’t play or a genre he can’t produce. Remi has solidified himself as a singer/songwriter, performer, producer, arranger, curator across multiple genres in music with a vision and know-how to create exactly what the client wants. He has written and produced over 300 of the 1,200 songs in our catalog.  Jimmy Ayers Jr. has established himself in the music industry with an unmatched ear for music that has complimented his career as a music publisher/sync man in film television, video game and advertising media. As well as a trusted A/R, Manager, consultant, best friend to many creatives, and decision makers throughout the industry. Ayers too has many writer credits as hes ghosted for many big artists his ironclad NDA prohibits him from disclosing but, here's a few that won’t mind: working closely with hollywood's top producer writer Philip Scully has got him creative advising for Diplo, Dillon Francis songs and almost every SNBRN track. After his younger years growing with Urband & Lazar Music I decided to start his own pub/sync firm driven from an internal knowledge of the real nuts and bolts of the music industry. There is something special about protecting artists copyrights, while seeking revenue streams on their behalf. Bringing in an extremely knowledgeable and active team that sees eye to eye with their vision is key to keeping the chevy on the road. Josh Biletsky is our around the clock on-call legal eagle prepared for anything this crazy industry might throw our way. Everyone is protected in the BPM family, transparency keeps the wheels spinning smooth and the creative energy high. Our first order of business once funding is secured is recruiting a team. To start i've already been putting feelers out to some of the top sync/licensing professionals out there as well as a top level CFO to ensure we handle this by the book financially. This will happen by myself and Remi taking a reduced salary the first year so  can offer salaries higher than the biggest pub firms in the industry are. There will be bonus and commision incentives based on performance , which will guarantee we get the best tenure sync/licensing veterans and the most loyal hardworking team in the industry.

Investment allocation:
BPM is seeking $5 million equity investment capital for this scalable, multi-vertical music agency with already over a 1,000 copyright catalog committed before launch and 4 artist under management. The funds will be strategically dispersed over the course of three years to ensure we build a foundation that could withstand a music industry a-bomb.

I guarantee after listening to some of the music and  furthering the discussion with me you will sense the talent, knowledge, passion, and determination we have for this company , i can & i will succeed here. Would be happy to take a meeting or hop on the phones to further discuss.

Passionately thankful,
Jimmy Ayers Jr.
