ATTACKING A $400 BILLION MARKET IN SUSTAINABILITY!

The name of the company says it all: 
SETA stands for Sustainable Eco-friendly Transportation and Accommodation.
Both our accommodation and transport will be 100% solar powered, so we have no energy cost.
Due to the specific targets and strategies of this project, we will be attacking a $400 Billion market.
Due to the implementation of a highly aggressive pricing strategy, we expect to grow very rapidly with high profits.


Our business project allows us to take full advantage of the most recent and soon to be developments within the 3 main Tesla companies:
Tesla Cars, Tesla Solar and Tesla Boring Company.
Our ultimate goal: to build a transport fleet of Tesla cars (to be autonomous in the future), create a sustainable, eco-friendly accommodation business which is to become “the go to brand” in the world of budget and eco-friendly accommodation and take full advantage of the Autobidder software developed by Tesla by creating a solar energy supply business (disguised as individual solar equipment in the beginning).

In 2019, Americans spent over $43 Billion on taxi and ride-share services combined.
By 2025, this number is expected to rise to more than $60 Billion, with ride-share services showing the biggest increase.
 When looking at the number and cost of long distance trips and commuting with personal   vehicles in the US alone, we are confronted with the staggering amount of more than $600    Billion per year! 
The hotel industry was worth $218 Billion 2018. The financial evolution for this industry is a bit more difficult to predict because it depends on many factors and also because of the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, but it is generally expected to improve by 2025.
An evolution which is certain, however, is that its customers will give much more importance to a personalized and eco-friendly service which is exactly what SETA stands for.

Our operating cost will be very low because of the following elements:
- we start up as a 6-10 man business and will focus on staff efficiency 
   This is possible because we start up small with 3 - 5 cars and limited accommodation (transport will be our
   primary focus in the beginning).
   The CEO and Co-Founder will get payed with a share of the net revenue, so this is not considered operating cost.
- we will generate our own energy for both the accommodation as the transport vehicle(s). Excess energy (which we are sure to produce!) will be sold to the grid at peak hours using
   the autobidder software.
- we will use Tesla Model 3 cars for transport, which need much less maintenance then traditional ice-cars
   (appr. $220/year/car) and will be able to drive autonomously within the next few years (no drivers needed).

We will remain in pre start-up phase as long as we have not secured funding, but here is what we have done (and are doing) so far:
- we have designed (and are still refining) an ambitious business and scale-up plan for the first 2-3 years,
   with ideas for a 2nd Master Plan already growing and being put on paper.
- we have located our first land and are ready to purchase it as soon as we have funding.
- we have located and defined our area of operation
- a website is under construction and almost ready
- we have purchased our own domain name (www.setanv.com)
- we are actively seeking funding by developing several Social Media tools and scrutinizing opportunities
   such as Crowd funding, Angel Investors, private investors, bank loans etc.
-A strategic evolution plan has been created, representing following aspects:
- number of staff members and general work load
- specified daily work load evolution
- estimated productivity and revenue after 2-3 months
- 12 month productivity and revenue goal
- 24 months productivity and revenue goal

MARKET SIZE
This may sound incredible, but due to some very specific elements in our business plan, we are attacking a combined annual market size 
of more than 400 Billion dollar. That's right, Billion with a B!!!

The founder and CEO of SETA speaks 6 languages and has experience in Law & Order, sales, International Customer Service and Tourism & Hospitality.
Needless to say that these are all beneficial qualities when it comes to developing this business. 

In recent years, sustainability and care for the environment have become increasingly important.
These are things the Founder of SETA has cared for his entire life and this business project perfectly aligns with the current trend in society.
