We are the only floatation (sensory deprivation) tank spa and wellness center within 150 miles. Along with Floatation therapy we offer services such as contrast therapy(cold and hot), Bemer therapy, and massage chair equipped with aromatherapy as additional Modalities creating a unique spa like atmosphere where our clients can come to to disconnect from every day stresses and pains. With increasing medicine prices many people now are seeking alternative natural and  holistic medicines as a new avenue for treatments in mental and physical wellness. We are asking for funding up to 500k to bring our company to life and be the market leader within our community. Our pricing structure is based on each of the services provided individually or together in a package deal, we will also include membership fees and discounts to retain a steady client base, we will also include a small retail section for our clients and guest. Our customers range from people  over the age of 16 years old to older senior generations who may suffer with anxiety,depression, muscle and joint pains. or seeking to disconnect from their everyday world and reconnect with themselves through holistic natural medicines . we will  be utilizing Sensory Deprivation tanks and pools supplied from Superior Tanks a veteran owned company that specializes in  Floatation Tanks. Our team includes Everett Ball the owner and founder of Serenity Springs  and his wife  Victoria Ball along with his older Navy Veteran sister as their chief Financial Officer, I Everett Ball Was injured in a motorcycle accident which required me to have rotatory cuff surgery  and  through my recovery I discovered Floatation Therapy. Having to drive 150 miles to receive services , I decided that the benefits from my experiences with floating would be beneficial for my local community and wanted to make it more available. So far we have reserved a 9000sqft space inside of a beauty plaza , have generated interest and drafted a LOI with a reputable General Contractor, our only obstacle  now to proceed further is the capital to begin on construction and equipment.
