Business introduction
Optihealth Group builds Thrive, a health intelligence platform that tracks a person's own baseline across eighteen physiological domains, not a single snapshot reading. Healthcare treats disease well once it arrives. Fitness celebrates a personal best with no question about what it cost. Thrive asks the only question that matters: is this normal for you, and which way is it moving.
Ten data dimensions feed one continuously updating model of the individual: physiology, body composition, nutrition, sleep, activity, recovery, wellbeing, health records, personal baselines and an AI engine (Ask Thrive). The initial product is the TB-01 band, a five-sensor wearable (PPG, ECG, Bio-Z, temperature, six-axis IMU) designed and made in Australia on Texas Instruments and Nordic hardware. A ring form factor (TR-01) is next on the roadmap, feeding the same baselines and the same app.
How we operate
One data platform, four ways to monetise it. Thrive is the consumer line: wearable plus subscription, the on-ramp to everything else. Sensacare Business takes the same intelligence to employer and workforce health programmes. Sensacare RPM is clinical-grade remote patient monitoring for healthcare providers. Thrive Kinasense extends the sensing platform into smart garments, from elite sport to everyday use.
We're not chasing pilots. We have live paying clients across five different verticals: Supercars Australia (raceday driver telemetry and medical monitoring), World Gym (commission-funded member retention), Nuevo Medical (clinical), AFL Players Association and Melbourne Storm (elite team sport). The same baseline engine runs underneath all of them, proven from a gym floor to 300 km/h on a racetrack.
We're deliberately positioned as wellness estimates and trends, not a diagnostic or medical device. That's a speed advantage, not a limitation. It means faster iteration without a medical-device regulatory cycle, with a defined escalation path to clinical review built in wherever it's needed.
Behind the product is a dedicated research pipeline: a paid research lab at Griffith University staffed by seven PhD researchers, a longitudinal Motor Neurone Disease study with MND Australia and the University of Queensland, and a Cooperative Research Centre Project application targeted for October 2026.
