 Senior Living Match.com is the first senior living DIY search platform that revolutionizes the way seniors, and their families find local senior living options. Our platform provides free instant access to comprehensive information on senior living options, pricing, and resources. First conceived in 2021 by Kortney Carlisle, who has over 20 years of experience in the senior living sales and marketing industry. Thus far it has been self-funded and personally coded and developed. Soft launch began 3 weeks ago with a very high interest in senior living operator subscriptions, but funding is needed to support the initial marketing phase. 
 
 Our revenue model is simple yet effective. We offer monthly subscriptions to senior living operators who wish to be featured on our platform and receive quality leads. Unlike traditional referral companies who charge fees of $4,000+ per move-in, we offer unlimited leads for a fixed monthly fee of $2,000. This pricing structure has garnered significant interest from senior living operators who are looking for a more cost-effective solution. Senior and their families do not currently have one platform where they can search and compare senior living options and pricing, without being forced to speak on the phone to someone or getting inundated with phone calls and spam. With older adults becoming more and more tech-savvy, this is a game changer. 
 
 Despite minimal marketing efforts, we have already amassed an impressive following. With 21,274 followers on Facebook and over 1,200 monthly visitors to our site, we have established a strong presence in the senior living market. This early traction is a testament to the demand for our platform and the value we provide to seniors and their families.
 
 Currently, we have successfully launched in Texas and have ambitious plans to expand nationally. In Texas alone, our revenue potential is estimated to be around $3,000,000 per month, which translates to an annual revenue of approximately $36,000,000. Scaling nationwide would propel our revenue close to the billion-dollar mark, with the potential for continued growth as we expand into new markets.
 
 One of the key advantages of our business model is the minimal overhead costs associated with our operations.
