Sendscout builds Scout, an AI recruiting agent that runs hiring end to end on LinkedIn. A hiring manager drops a job description into Slack and Scout takes it from there: it sources candidates across the user's 1st, 2nd and 3rd-degree LinkedIn network, and sends connection requests and messages from the user's own account, at human pace and within platform limits.
The part that matters is what happens after the first message. Scout handles every reply itself. It answers candidate questions, qualifies interest, runs an asynchronous screening interview in the thread, returns a structured verdict on each candidate, and books the ones who pass directly onto the hiring manager's calendar. There is no per-message approval step and no inbox for the customer to work through; the only thing they read is an 8am daily summary with alerts on top candidates. Every message is logged in the dashboard for full transparency.
This is a genuinely unique product today. The LinkedIn recruiting market is full of sourcing tools and message sequencers, but they all stop at the send: they hand back a candidate list or a drafted sequence and a human still owns the conversation. We are not aware of another product that owns the entire LinkedIn inbox and takes a candidate from cold connection to booked interview without a person in the loop. That is the difference between a tool and a teammate, and it is why we position Scout as a personal Head of Talent Acquisition rather than as software.
Scout lives in Slack, so there is no new interface to adopt. It is sold as a $224/month subscription for unlimited roles and screening, plus a Pro Plus tier where customers pay 10% of first-year salary on hires made through our partner recruiter network, against the 20-25% agencies typically charge.
