Scale Up CoConnect Entrepreneur Share Space (SUCCESS) is a coworking space with private offices, conference room and large event room. Our business model provides solo entrepreneurs, startups and small business owners a professional work environment with resources to scale up their businesses. In addition, we provide virtual offices services, registered agent services, bookkeeping, phone answering and internet marketing development. We hold training events for real estate investing, entrepenurialship, online marketing and how to start a business. The event room is advertised on meetup.com as a meeting location for Meetup organizers. Founder, Marsha Yearian, is a certified Main Street Tax Pro Advisor.
We have had a coworking space in Killeen, Tx; opened in 2019. In January 2023 we purchased a commercial building for the Killeen coworking space .
The amount requested is to buy a seller financed real estate property on Slaughter Ln in South Austin to open our second coworking space which will become our corporate office. We are exploring a franchise concept of our business model as others have expressed interest in becoming part of our enterprise.
