I am seeking 1.5 million for 1.5 years at 20% interest. I am hosting 3 concert tours in Miami, New York, and Sacramento. I secured 8 of the 16 artists for the tour and need additional funding to cover the rest. Each concert is projected to bring in 4 million in gross profits. I also am opening a Gym in Pittsburgh and need to pay off my last installment. Lastly I own a coffee business and am building out our first brick and mortar. The remaining funds will cover the appliances.
Reason for funding: at the time I started these investments, I had the money to finish them by myself. I have a real estate company with 54 properties at 207 units. The pandemic crushed most of my reserves and I started to have to go into using my line of credit on my portfolio. Because the stocks dipped so much, I have a unsafe reserve for funding these projects. I already invested 1,200,000 into these projects and don't want that to go to waste.
