Sushi Private chef and catering in Charleston SC. Full time 5 days a week restaurant at ink Charleston and full time whenever we get book at the catering/private chef. The demand for my sushi is very high but the support and supply from (ink Charleston) a cocktail lounge that I’m doing business with isn’t there. I’m looking to seriously do a Brick and Mortar concept so I can really grow this company. With potential assistance from investment with a real plan that we can execute as one team.
