Barnes International Seattle will use virtual reality and 3D modeling to provide clients with immersive property tours. We also plan to purchase the Barnes International Realty license and build a luxury brand presence in the northwest by opening 1-5 locations over the next 5 years. Barnes International Seattle will focus locations in and around King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Island counties. With the first location starting in Bellevue. Depending on market conditions, the next locations would be Seattle, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Bainbridge Island and Orcas Island.
