Dear Investors

Currently look for $500K Start-up Fund to Purchase 30 acres of Land in Kingsburg, CA.  Will install Greenhouses on the Property, using Aquaponics has a 1.5 acres manmade Lake currently has fresh water fish that have been in the lake for over 10 years.

Hydroponic farming in the U.S. is valued at $9.5 billion annually, with growth expected to double in the next five years.  And according to the New York Times, investors in 2020 put $929 million into indoor-farming ventures in the U.S., more than double the investments from 2019, stating that, “companies claim they can grow as much food on a single acre as a traditional farm can grow on 390.”  These farms can also be next to urban centers so that produce “doesn’t have to sit inside a truck for days.”  While the use of aquaponics is not widespread yet, San Joaquin Valley Aquaponics Farms has found that when aquaculture and hydroponic production is integrated, each system nicely balances the other.  The result is maximum efficiency, high production, and easy harvesting that generates more affordably priced fresh products, while avoiding the high cost of transportation from other regions.

The Company, located in one of the top agricultural-producing regions in the U.S., with nearly $8 billion in annual output, will sell its products within the surrounding three-county region of Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties. These counties have a combined population of more than 1.6 million.  Customers here will include local restaurants and individuals as well as patrons of the Hanford Farmers Market, Clovis Farmers Market, and Fresno Farmers Market.

We started a small system in my Brother’s back yard. In 2015 Hanford, California Water System ran chlorine to clean the water and it killed everything in our system along with others system fish and plants. We did not find out until 6 months after what they had done.  Another in the area also loss fish and plants because of the running the chlorine.

The Company will use aquaponics and hydroponics farming for better and more efficiently grown food.  They are systems of producing vegetables that conserve water, increase efficiency due to dual use of facilities and employees, minimize energy use and other costs, give the producer flexibility to meet trends, and maximize production and profit.

Mission Statement:

San Joaquin Valley Aquaponics Farm mission is to provide the highest quality, vegetables and fruit for sale to consumers and restaurants in the region.  The Company’s goal is to establish its branded reputation as the producer and distributor of superior quality local organic products.  By adopting a company philosophy that is forward looking, green and responsive to consumers’ needs, it is the intention of San Joaquin Valley Aquaponics Farm to be a positive force in the community while making a tangible contribution to the lives of local residents and reducing reliance on imported food to feed our population.

The Company will specialize in producing herbs, micro greens, vegetables, edible flowers, strawberries, transitioning the farms current 20 acres of walnuts to meet the area’s growing demand for quality organic foods.  All produce will be once it’s been authorization USDA certified organic to capture a higher price than traditional produce.

thank you Marie
