As a retired combat Army veteran and previous restaurant position as a District Manager of 12 locations, I have the experience and determination needed for Samurai Hibachi to run successfully, efficiently, and diligently. This year we will launch our 4 Signature Sauces that feature our tasty Yum Yum Sauce, sweet Teriyaki Sauce, our very hot Spice Mayo, and delicious Sesame seed Dressing in 12oz bottles. Harris Teeters, Giant, Vons, and Safeway are a few groceries stores I would like to feature or have signature sauces. My plan is to be the next Hellman or Heinz in the near future!
