I took this 5 star rated company to be valued at 8-10 million in just 3 years and doing well over a million per month in revenue with the company in 5 different states fully in house operations. I’ve owned several successful businesses before this in various industries and have found my passion in Green Energy (Solar). I’ve sold my shares to TGE solar back in September 2024 due to personal family reasons and have restarted a solar company with the same model but better deals based on my name and credibility within the industry and we are pretty much at year 3 as far as our prices go and that means much more profit with the same consumer and employee serving model . Sages dreamland properties llc BDA VGS Solar(VGSsolar.com) is the new company and has much more upside with the opening here in the PNW market . We are ready to rock and have out official launch March 7th 2025.
1.Introduction - Residential and commercial solar electrical and general contracting company with in house expert sales team.

The team is comprised of several 1099 sales agents and managers , Master electrician and install team , operations manager and customer service team . We have over a decade of experience in this industry.
3. Problem - With our busy season approaching we could use funds to ramp up the team size and training to capitalize of the solar season approaching. We need to hire an admin so I can focus on hiring and training . We are operational already in Washington and was to accelerate growth with our proven model/blueprint .
4.Competition -There is huge demand with the local utility company Avista raising rates over 20% in the next two years and there are virtually no competitors actively direct marketing locally .
