 I am seeking $300,000 for a multi project investment.  First, I have over 30 years trading the Foreign Exchange Market.  One of my projects is to conduct seminars across the U.S.  There are many trading platforms like Ameritrade, E-Trade, and  Daniels Trading, however, to the beginner or someone with very little experience ,  none focus on the education side.  The cost per person will run in the neighborhood of $3,000 to attend the seminar.  A digital marketing company will be retained to reach as many people thru Utube, Instagram, Twitter, and  Facebook to name a few.  The old fashion way of newspaper advertising and mailers has become a dinosaur. Our goal is to reach as many people as we can and let the law of numbers work it's way.  Our target market will be those between the ages of 25-45 years of age.  Our plan is to have 1 seminar every two weeks with between 100-150 people attending.  In addition to the seminar, we will launch a worldwide webinar series made up of 9 modules.  Potential clients will learn   different aspect of trading the market that will include, 1)  Intro to Forex Trading  Terminology,  2)  Economic Indicators,  3) Candlestick Charting,  4)  Pivot Points,  5)  Moving Averages,  6)  RSI, Stochastics, and MACD  7)  Forex News  8)  Spot Trading,  9)  Option Trading.  Our goal is to reach ONE Billion people worldwide to introduce our services.  The third use of the funds is to develop trading software based on formulas that I personally have created during my 30 years in the Forex Industry.  Those attending the Seminar will be given a free trial offering of the software and then it will turn into a monthly subscription business.  I will also start a subscription business for those who have gone through our program in which the client will be alerted to market moving events, reminders of economic reports that will impact the market, and a weekly live question and answer period via zoom.    The money I am seeking will be placed in a trading account with a majority being utilized to buy or sell Options against Currency Futures.  These will be long term trades similar to LEAPS.  Money will be withdrawn to cover expenses as they become due.  As for the payback, I currently have a pension that is paid to me monthly to guarantee the money invested if the investor would want that.   The other option would be to take an equity position in the company.
