RUNfully Global is a movement, community, and film series that uses running as a metaphor to connect people around the world in running towards their passions.

The Problem
The need for mental health is at a global high. 52% of behavioral health organizations are seeing an increase in the demand for services.
After the pandemic people are relating to each other mostly online. It’s hard for some people to get out of their house, get back into physical shape, and have the courage to go on an adventure.
 
Our Solution
RUNfully Global is the solution to better health, amazing energy, and fulfilling friendships. Our mission is to connect the world beyond borders through fitness of the mind, body, and soul. We are a movement and community that uses running as a metaphor to connect people around the world in running towards their passions.
Through:
  • An interactive documentary series that inspires a wide audience to move towards their dreams (Travel, Adventure, Sports, Cultures, Inspiration, Entertainment) 
  • Branded digital content to reach a wider audience and provide free training tips.
  • A paid course that pairs running, mindfulness, and movement with a creative or/and social good goal.
  • In person wellness events across the globe including an actual 5k race at the end of the documentary series. 
  • Charity partnerships to giveback through fitness and increase reach. 
  • A nonprofit ambassador program that builds future multi-cultural leaders. 
Our documentary series shows people that travel and community is not only fun and safe, it is also necessary for our overall happiness.

We will be taking 6 incredible men and women on an epic adventure across 4 countries to fully transform their mind, body, and soul. During this time they will have access to leading experts in nutrition, mental health wellness, physical wellness (running, yoga, thai chi, and dancing), Spiritual health (working towards finding their why statement, working on their creative projects, DMT breathwork, community facilitated connection, adventure activities, language learning, fun challenges, and support with getting their creative project running.

We will also be completing the edit for our 8 week series where founder Melissa Ames traveled to 7 countries in a month to prove we can connect beyond borders through fitness.
