My name is Ralph Rapa, and I am a third-generation career railroader. I am the Owner of Rule G Brewing Company, LLC. "Rule G" is the railroad rule that governs not being under the influence while on duty! We are the first and only microbrewery in the Coconut Creek/Parkland FL area, and completely unique in concept . Imagine a place where you can take the family for lunch, or meet your buddies for karaoke or to watch a ball game. A place where you can have awesome tapas items while listening to live music. A place packed with railroad items bringing back the nostalgia of a bygone era. A dog friendly, family friendly neighborhood gathering place. That is Rule G Brewing, and we produce awesome craft beers and hard seltzers on premises.
We are located in the Westcreek Plaza at the corner of Hillsboro Blvd. and Lyons Road, and have been up and running in revenue operations since February of 2024, but our history goes back to our incorporation back in March of 2021. We have stellar Yelp reviews, and getting ramped up for football season and Oktoberfest! Our tapas food menu is made fresh everyday, and we have live music on the weekends. We also host private events and fundraisers for the local community, including the Women's Club of Coconut Creek, the Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride, and Monarch High School Baseball. equity investor who would like to assist us in retiring the debt associated with our buildout and getting the project up and running. We already have over $1million invested in the project, and the business is valued to at least twice that.
