My name is Eddie Aboussie, I have 2 partners Landon Spray and Dra Stevenson. We all worked at a bank together for years, Dra and I were analysts on the commercial lending side. We underwrote commercial deals daily and presented the packages we would create to our loan committee if we deemed them good investments for the bank. Landon is the banks internal auditor and a great one. We all 3 put our heads together and decided to create Royal Summit Group, LLC. We want to develop real estate and we want to start with a small housing development. We did our market research, we got a builder/bids, we got 10 lots on a golf course at a lake and we are ready to raise capital to break ground. 

This will be in north Texas. Our lots are on the Golf Course which is in a private gated community with a private golf course, and a private runway. It has not been developed much and there is a lot of opportunity for us and our investors to realize a huge return from the DFW crowd finding a new get away location. We have ability Right of first refusal on more lots and want to get phase 1 of our small project under way before taking on more. We want to be smart and not too fast on going about it and hope our partners understand that as well.
