We are a unique provider of roadside assistance for members and non-members alike. Our ultimate goal is to provide roadside assistance ranging from a simple refuel to a full on tow.
At start up, we will be offering two tiers of membership plans that will help motorists stay protected while saving much needed money. These membership plans will come at a discounted rate compared to our non-member services and will also provide our members with a preset number of courtesy calls
These courtesy calls include a 25 mile radius for free from our headquarters. For any additional mileages, our members will receive a discounted rate from our non-members for mileage charges. At the time of launch, we will have a service range of 75 miles.

Every day, another vehicle is being sold to a motorist in need. Every hour, another vehicle becomes disabled on a public roadway. In 2018, roughly over 500,000 cars were sold in Florida alone helping the total registered vehicles in Florida to be 7,966,091. Back in 2015, AAA reported that they helped a record breaking number of motorists at 32 million.
Our Objectives
Summary
Our objective is to be a complete in-house provider for members and non-members alike. We strive to be a leading provider of quality services that will not only renovate the industry, but will help other businesses succeed within the industry as well.
Short Term
Our short term goals are to begin providing coverage within 75 miles of our headquarters for all motorists, regardless of their membership status with us. As we grow, we plan to not only implement towing, but we would also like to open a physical mechanic shop to help ensure that their vehicles are being repaired correctly and safely, should we not be able to provide services on the side of the road.
In addition to tow trucks and mechanics, we strive to launch and fund a patrol division that will be designed to help stranded motorists without fear of any additional financial burden on their end. This would be a non-profitable division designed to help motorists stay safe when experiencing troubling travels.
Patrol Division
This division is truly the reason as to why we exist. Our passion is to help others as much as possible and there is nothing we understand more in this world than frustration and heartbreak.
Experiencing vehicle problems when already having financial hardship can be the most stressing to some. This is why we dream to implement this patrol division. This division will be primarily responsible for patrolling any and all public roadways for disabled motorists at no charge to them. The goal is to also be able to include refueling services at no charge, however, at initial launch we may see an $8 fee for refueling. This would be the ONLY fee for the motorists.
We love this because once this division launches, our members would be helping others by simply supporting us!
About Us
Royal Star Roadside Care is a family owned and operated business out of Orlando, FL. We are an officially registered corporation under Royal Star Roadside Care Co.. My name is David, I'm 25 years old and I've been doing roadside assistance as a personal hobby for over 5 years. I have worked with companies in the past helping them with social media marketing and customer service management and I have retail experience ranging from cashier to manager through Dollar General to Walgreens. I have a passion to help, RSRC is my way of giving to all and the reason for seeking funding is so that we can begin full operations so that we are able to begin offering our services 24/7 365 days.
My wife is 21 years old and she helps me keep things running in order. Her official title is Vice President but her primarily focus is on helping manage the office to keep all of our paperwork from destroying each other at night. She has retail experience as well and loves to help.

Our Needs
Even though we do currently have most of what we need for basic operations, we would like to seek funding to set us into full-time operations.
Priority
- $10,000 Salary Minimum*
- $192 /Year Web Hosting
- $400 Shock Conversion Kit w/ Installation Fees for PRV (Primary Response Vehicle)
- $139 1000 Amp Jump Box
After the aforementioned list has been budgeted for, we will proceed to go down a list of general software or products we will need for day-to-day operations. After compiling our monthly expenses, we will take the remaining budget and use it to pay forward on all bills to ensure they're ahead of their respective billing cycle. It would be a dream to acquire a tow truck, however, priority is for the foundation of the company.
* - This salary minimum is to allow for myself (David) to focus full-time on Royal Star Roadside Care. This will allow for us to launch our Patrol Division for one year minimum while also remaining available on call for our members and non-members. I only listed the salary minimum under the terms that we can obtain enough funding. If we do not obtain that much funding, the priority list will continue on from the web hosting and then we'll move to the software.
The Deal
Each investment made will be met with a multiplier to decide the final return that the investor will be promised. This return will be available to be paid out in installments or by the entire amount at a later date, when available. The return availability date will be evaluated and discussed after twelve (12) months of the investment.
Return Multiplier
$1,000 - $10,000 = 4x
$11,000 - $20,000 = 5x
$21,000 - $30,000 = 6x
$31,000 - $40,000 = 7x
$41,000 - $50,000 = 8x
Example: $50,000 investment = $400,000 return.
Return Availability
The availability of the return to the investor will be evaluated twelve (12) months after the initial investment date. This will be calculated by performing an evaluation on RSRC's
infrastructure and it's financial status to determine the projected availability date.
Maturity
Every two (2) years, RSRC will perform an evaluation of it's infrastructure and financial situation to determine the maturity rate of the remaining investment return balance. The minimum maturity rate is 10%.
