I am looking for an investment to begin my rehab project. I am looking to purchase a home to rehab to sell and rent to a tenant. The reason I want to do both sales and renting is to have 2 sources of revenue streams for my firm. As my firm grows from generating rental revenue for each property, my plan is to securitize the income as a form of fixed income for investors who may seek interest to invest in the firm to fund larger projects.
