Our short-term goals include completing 3 sites to showcase the quality and detail that will define the park and finalizing our website to begin targeted marketing and pre-leasing. In 1 year we envision a thriving, fully operational park with 25 sites, a laundry facility, and a dog park. In 2 years, the park will have 40 sites, a laundry facility, a dog park, a small coffee shop, partnerships with food trucks, & new trails. In 3-5 years, we'll add a storm shelter for guests, a picnic area, a playground, more trails, storage units, & propane filling. Temp staff will be hired for construction. One main and one admin staff will be hired during year 2. 

Our team is led by Jerry King, founder and expert in construction, electrical systems, and RV maintenance. Jerry oversees the park’s development with support from Tim Lewis, a construction professional with over a decade of experience, and Rita Michelle, whose agricultural education and business acumen ensure environmental sustainability. Most tasks will be handled in-house to ensure quality and cost-efficiency, with contractors brought in for specialized work. Together, our team’s diverse expertise and commitment to excellence guarantee a nature-immersed, sustainable RV park that meets market demand.
