Roll’en Homes LLC provides custom built tiny homes on wheels. We pride ourselves with our high quality craftsmanship and energy efficient homes that are designed and built to each of our clients needs and aesthetics. We provide alternative affordable housing throughout New England and struggle to keep up with the growing interest and demand as affordable housing and rentals have become scarce throughout the NorthEast. Obtaining working capital funding to take Roll’en homes to the next level will help us provide more homes more efficiently meeting these demands. 

Obtaining working capital funding would help the company better equip their staff with updated tooling and equipment. It would also assist with improvements to our leased facility providing more space and a better working environment which in return will help production run smoothly. Funding would also go towards providing a few completed custom builds to our facilities yard as we often have clientele looking for housing instantly and don’t have the luxury of waiting in line to obtain a spot in our production. As we’ve grown over the years we have developed a great reputation and are know  for our high quality custom builds. Roll’en Homes is no longer just a name but is known as a leading tiny home manufacturer in the northeast and is a recognizable brand. 

Roll’en Homes LLC started business in July 2019 with founder/owner/operator Greg Durocher as its only employee. Nearly 5 years later the company now staffs 8 full time employees and has completed and delivered 32 tiny homes throughout New England.. Working capital would assist us with hiring more staff which in return will help meet the high demand we are experiencing in our industry.
