My name is Robert Harrison and I am seeking $800,000 to open a Tesla Bio Healing Therapy Center. This is not Elon Musk Tesla. This is Nikola Tesla technology.
To open up a full center consisting of 100 beds, would take around $12 to $15 million and 2 to 3 years to build. I would like to open up a small center of 10 beds at a cost of around $800,000. This small center could be partially operational in under 3 months and fully functional in six months. Having 10 beds fully booked out 7 days a week at the cost of $300 a night. They would generate $90,000 a month in revenue alone not including the revenue from the daily 1 hour sessions at a cost of $120 per hour. There is also an income from retail sales of the devices for home use; and retail sales of a clothing line I intend to sell. I believe that total revenue would be over $100,000 a month each and every month.
I have located a property that I intend to place 10, 20 foot shipping container cabins on to handle the overnight treatments. I intend to live on this property to oversee the operation and security of the patients while they are undergoing their treatment. These cabins usually cost around $20,000 each; but have extra things that I do not need; so I feel that I can get them for around $15,000 to $17,000 each.

I plan to lease a small office space in the town of Weatherford, TX where I will conduct the daily hourly treatments as soon as the first Med Beds arrive; and resale of the devices and retail sale of the clothing line. Since these devices are doing amazing things with cancer patients. Playing on my police background; I plan to buy a used Black police Tahoe to use as a mobile advertising tool. I intend to mark the vehicle with Pink Reflective lettering "CANCER S.W.A.T. TEAM" I believe this will create a very high interest in the Treatment Center. This is the same Logo I intend to place on the clothing line. I do know that word of mouth is the best advertising on the planet; so I plan on offering a $20 referral for sending me a new customer.
This will be the first of many locations that I intend to open. There are only 3 Treatment Centers in the country. One in Delaware, one in PA; and one in AZ. I want to open these small centers all over TX; having one in every region of the state; each producing $100,000 a month in sales each month.
In October 2021; $200 Million was dropped on a new facility in San Antonio for Cancer Treatment. It will be 2 or 3 years before they open their doors; and it is only a Treatment Center. I could be open within 3 weeks with my office for treatments and 3 months with the Cabins and actually be healing Cancer instead of just treating it.
I hope I haven't forgotten any details on my plans; but I know what my dream is and where I want my business to be and do; and it was all planned in my head. So; this is where I'm at.
