We all encounter car problems at some point.  It is not unusual to wait many hours on the side of the road for a roadside assistance service truck to show up.  It could be dangerous, and it would be worse if it is raining, dark or cold.   

The problem is the disconnect among all drivers, insurance call centers, and tow truck companies.  On the other hand, tow operators reported missing 30% of service calls because most are in the field. Even when they receive the call, it takes a long time to find which tow truck is nearby and available.  Those are the main logistic and mobility problems that Roadsider is solving by delivering our automated digital platform and mobile apps.  By using Roadsider applications, the tow operators can receive service requests immediately and be able to visually find the location of the incident as well as their nearby tow trucks by using the Roadsider map driven Geo dispatch function.  Tow operators can literally run their operations at their fingertips using the Roadsider mobile app, which is fully integrated with our backend engines. There are over 62,000 towing companies in the US with an average of 8 to 10 tow trucks per company.    

But that's not it.  Our business strategy is to provide an end-to-end solution to the roadside assistance service market and solve its logistic problems.  We have started to execute our go to market from the backend, the supply side, which are the towing companies.  We have also started our discussions with insurance companies and automotive clubs to scale up our customer base exponentially by evolving their call centers to Roadsider digital dispatch platform with significant efficiency and cost savings.  Then we will address the demand side, the consumer drivers, by offering our already built mobile apps through our insurance and automotive club partners.  We envision when someone encounters a car problem, the drivers just need to tap the Roadsider app on their smartphone, and the service request, along with all pre-registered information and location, will be automatically routed to the Roadsider digital dispatch platform and nearby towing companies, the Roadsider customers, who will be immediately notified to deliver timely assistance to the drivers in need.  We then will control the market, End to End! 

By then, we will have a much greater competitive advantage to secure warranty service contracts, from auto manufacturers and dealerships, as we can bring so much value to the table, not only as a digital dispatch service but also can help them to provide better customer experience by delivering end to end services in Roadsider network.

The roadside assistance market is huge, $32B, and growing.  It is wide open where no players have more than 5% of the market share.  We are propelled to capture the opportunity and market share.  In a short time, we have completed nearly 5,000 service calls and processed over $1M in business transactions on our digital dispatch platform. solid market validation and customer acceptance.
