RMN Construction & Consulting (Presents) **RIOS RAPID REPAIR FACILITY**

Hello I’m RM and before you read any further I would like to ask you to please bear with me and finish this two it’s entirety before you make a decision that’s all I ask I’d like to thank you for your time and consideration In this matter and as Any successful investor you know to keep an open mind and think outside the box. As  this pandemic blindsided our country I was a commercial construction superintendent building O’Reilly auto parts CVS pharmacies AutoZone’s family dollars tractor supplies to just about anything that needed built I built. I went all across the United States that has since slowed to a life changing wake up call to reality check!!!!   So I’ve been forced to go and use my 30+ years of knowledge  to introduce RMN Construction & Consulting is seeking $200,000.00  to purchase Heavy Commercial Construction Equipment AND ITS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY. I /WE ARE A New startup company doing TurnKey Commercial real estate development and construction projects. Since June of 2020. I got 2 contracts one small 55k the 2nd  one is over $250,000.00. The client will be signing that  contract  on 8-20-2020.  YES THATS CORRECT TO ORROW.  !!!  For the New development of a 88,000 sq ft site development  and a 5000sq ft commercial repair facility.  It will service and repair our states over the road commercial truck drivers.  Also service our communities in this time of need.  As well provide a customer outdoor waiting facility that includes walking trails to exercise outdoors make their bodies  go mobile from  sitting and driving  to taking mans best friend for a stroll around the facility  outdoor  nature trails and park bird watching stations / Areas.  To create some relaxation in a sometimes stressful Experiences for those unknown as we all know unfortunate breakdowns when you least expect it moments.  To simply creating bigger space to help keep clients and customers space keep social distances more friendly. As the Founder President and CEO of RMN CONSTRUCTION & Consulting I’m prepared to take this opportunity and company along with a few HUNGRY AND AGGRESSIVE INVESTORS TO A NEW PLATEAU IN THE FUTURE OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS KEEPING IN MIND THE IMPORTANCE OF CREATING A NEW ENVIRONMENT TO ACCOMMODATE THE SOCIAL DISTANCING DEVELOPMENT THATS INHIGH DEMAND AS WE TRY TO GET THIS GREAT NATION AND COUNTRY UP AND RUNNING ON A MORE CONDUCIVE SAFE STANDARDS.  I CURRENTLY HAVE 2  more clients awaiting consulting and development ideas and strategies in creating there projects. I simply only asked for the 100k To get one investor or 2 in on this first quarter of million project  so we can keep working capital and get the equipment that we need to finish this project in record time 12 to 16 weeks. It’s a small investment with a quick return but also gain your  confidence in the abilities of myself and team so you will be more than ready and willing to tackle and take on each new project with the insight of developing and creating new communities and relationships with city’s and small towns throughout the city of LittleRock and beyond. Investors must be willing and prepared to think outside the box and create work hard and most of all have fun along the way While we going to communities and change lives and make peoples every day lives better.  With that said I’ll leave you with this my grandfather always said  CAN’T COULDN'T  DO NOTHING UNTIL HE TRIED !!  AND IF YOUR SCARED GO TO CHURCH!  I live by that and I believe it it works to put it simply I was a superintendent of Construction for 15 years would not a worry in the world until this hit and it just showed how quick things can change and I was sitting making 120 grand  a year now staring at losing my Apartment and facing repossession of my vehicle in April of this year. But with a little bit of faith and belief and no money down and no stimulus help and no one employment help I find myself standing here today going to sign a quarter of million contract tomorrow just that fast     Think outside the box!!  Which leads me to this my one time dream to make it big I’m here to propose a new garbage can call Safety-Kleen and in a short nutshell it’s going to be like having a disposable garbage can or the bottom of the can is like a Kleenex box but instead of Kleenex coming out it’ll be bags we will develop cans for every industry in the world refillable bottoms that clip on to your cam so that that dirty bottom Of the garbage cans that you’re used to seeing and nobody wants to clean out after your 30 or 60 bags are gone out of your disposable bottom you simply unclip it throw it away and clip on a new 60 days worth think of what this will do for the schools industry hotel industries restaurants hospitals homes all across the world kids that do chores when they take the garbage out They might actually get a bag back in the can because it’s there waiting poles right up when you take the old one out the Cannes will be a new design so it holds onto the bag and it doesn’t slip down that we all hate as well the disposable cartridge will have an area that keeps the bags dry but around them will be holes that will absorb any liquids that seem to get in the bottom of the can and keep them there until you dispose of the cartridge Think of a 5 gallon paint lid for bucket lid that clips onto the bucket this is how the disposable cartridge could clip onto the bottom of the can this is a phenomenal ideas never been thought of in the history of the garbage cleaning industry we have every restaurant every bar every hospital every nursing home anywhere and everywhere there’s people with garbage cans we’re going to create a new can in the new disposable replaceable Refillable garbage can safety clean gonna be safe it’s going to stay clean janitors and cleaning supply companies will order the cartridges by the thousands across the world it will save them all time As well as something easy for everybody to do and save everybody time and get rid of those dirty garbage cans that almost everyone has in their household whether it’s the bathroom can the kids own bedroom can to the kitchen can I’m needing these construction projects to help finance this dream and a few lucky investors to step in can you imagine what the percent would be I don’t even think you can fathom and imagine what 10% would be of the entire world grabbing onto this product so if I don’t get you thinking outside the box nothing will!!!!!
