Small minority, woman-owned start-up business established to help provide affordable housing through building 1–2 homes at a time on land already owned by RM Guam. The mission is to provide affordable homes and earn modest profits.
RM Guam LLC has recently submitted a bid package for a Dept of Defense Military Housing RFP for military housing on the US Territory of Guam. Overall on Guam, there is a huge need for affordable housing due to the significant military buildup, both for local Guamanians and for incoming military personnel and their families over the next five years. The estimated need is for over 5,000 homes.
