Rimlox is a Wheel Lock Protection company. I have engineered the ONLY 100% Guaranteed Wheel Locking Device on the market. I have been perfecting this lock since 2001. I formed the company in 2008. Over the years I have had good and bad times. All bad times were when I could not get my parts made by a manufacturer. The people specifically working on my parts would lose their job or get a better job.  When that happens it takes months to find another person or manfacturer that is willing to put the time into the process of trial and error learning how to cut my parts. It has been really frustrating. Over the last 3 years I have been trying to get my machines in-house to manufacture the parts myself. I have learned the industry and my business over the last 19 years and no one understands this process more than I do. NOBODY. I honestly couldn't tell you the EXACT potential of my business but what I can tell you is I am in the process of being licensed by Mopar/Dodge. The moment that happens I will be a certified dealer for all Dodge dealerships (2500 USA).   Lets say each dealership orders (LOW MAGNITUDE) 25 sets per month. We will sell each Wheel Lock for $200 per set. Gross Income for ONLY DODGE..... No other business.... would be $150,000,000.00. Investors over the years have wanted to give me millions of dollars to partner @ 45-51%. Im sorry but Im just not willing to give away my company. I have worked hard to make this Wheel Lock perfect. I will continue to struggle until the right investor comes along to help me get my machines and then all problems are over. AT THAT MOMENT I CAN MASS PRODUCE. Only problem I have is that I can't produce at a Timely manner for my customers consistently because I'm depending on other manufacturers to fit me in to get my parts done. This 50k LOAN will Finance my 1st machine (Haas Mini Mill) and get me started manufacturing in-house and I can repay this loan in 12 months (more than likely sooner but I like planning for the unexpected). We can discuss your rate terms. If you are seeking ownership; I am willing to do $250k for 15% ownership. With that 250,000 I will then Buy 2 machines (Haas Mini Mill and ST-15 Lathe/Bar Feeder. Total for both machines is $125k. Then all supporting equipment, rigging, training and steel to manufacture the parts. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
