With approximately 8 years in the construction industry, specializing in modular construction, I have recognized the need for new home buyers to have a personalized consultant to help them determine the best path to new home ownership for them.  With the costs of construction rising, and the limited availability of housing, more and more families are looking for affordable paths to homeownership.  With my background in the modular industry, I have found this to be a positive path to accomplish homebuyer goals, however it is not always the best match for a client.  I have developed an extensive list of lenders who can provide financing for home purchases and/or construction to permanent loans to fund building projects.  As I've met with clients over the years, I have been able to help them sort through all the options available to them and find the best option that works for them and helps them meet their goals.  

Unlike real estate agents or other builders, my ONLY motivation has been to help the buyers figure out what options are best for them, whether they decide to work with me, or if there is another option that would better suit their needs.  I am not a real estate agent but am currently the President of Sales and Marketing for Rocky Mountain Homes.  Rocky Mountain Homes provides construction services, site development services, and modular construction options. 

In establishing a separate business through which I can do consulting that is not directly related to the sales of Rocky Mountain Homes, I can expand the reach of my services to any buyers looking to purchase or build new homes.  This is a significant need for buyers who often feel pressured to go in one direction or another depending on who they are talking to.  My aim is to provide an unbiased perspective to buyers looking to purchase or build new homes.

Funding received would be used toward payroll for current employees as well as hiring of new employees,  marketing and development of new website.
