I also own a home renovation company so I keep the finish work in house to bring an amazing product. I am raising money to continue to build my team so we can triple our flip volume.  

Currently I use hard money that requires 20% cash down to purchase. The money will be used as  capitol required to purchase additional properties. Our quality of work is second to none. Currently every time we flip a home in an area we have got the highest price per sqft and in most cases completely reset the market for comps.  I will be offering a 50% split on every property purchased.
