LinkedIn + TikTok + Tinder = Revvy. Revvy is an HR tech platform and mobile app that combines the professional aspect of LinkedIn, the video appeal of TikTok & the accuracy of Tinder’s neural networks to reimagine standard hiring practices that are outdated, costly, redundant, and manual.
Revvy is a frictionless solution, which is heavily video based and allows candidates to showcase themselves authentically given the current challenging environment. Revvy is also addressing unconscious bias by encompassing ethical algorithms throughout the hiring lifecycle to promote diversity and inclusion at a macro level while providing the efficiency and efficacy recruiters need. This is a traditional SaaS model that will be charging companies licensing fees per number of active users.
Video. Candidates create two types of 45 second videos used for additional screening in their profile giving the recruiter in depth insights into their full personalities and answering the top asked recruiter questions.
Stripping out the noise. Revvy removes the traditional resume replacing it with a digital journey of the career, skills, and accomplishments of the candidates which allows for an accuracy in matching never before seen.
Additional Screening. After candidates have been automatically matched, our AI enabled chatbot further screens the candidate by asking pertinent questions about the opportunity and gathering more data. This all occurs with no manual input from the recruiter!
ROI. When compared to Greenhouse, for every 900 jobs filled we can save 4.5 full-time recruiters’ salaries.
Modularity. We used an SDK model with easy integration in mind, each major component can be a standalone feature, making it potentially more valuable to companies who could also supplement their current offerings.
