My partners and I are starting a Real Estate hedge fund to buy multi family property in the Chicagoland and Quad City areas for the purpose of forced appreciation and to pass along accelerated depreciation for our limited partner investors. We’re onboarding two partners who will be our primary money raisers; one is a starting offensive lineman in the NFL who plans to refer us his teammates regularly, and the other is the CGO of a AI Legal Services company who has done +$900 million in corporate sales over the last 30 years in his sector.
